The centre provides a food service, serving breakfast and lunch six days a week. It provides weekly grocery parcels, family services, clothing, access to showers and hygiene products, and advocacy services. The Centre hosts healthcare clinics with medical, nursing, dental, and chiropody care provided.
Carnew Community Care Centre comprises 28 housing units and a Day Centre which provides services to over 150 older people in Community Village, Carnew town and surrounding area.
Cavan and Monaghan Education and Training Board (CMETB) is responsible for the management of publicly funded Education and Training services provided in Cavan and Monaghan. CMETB manages 11 Post Primary schools, 2 Further Education and Training Colleges, 6 Youthreach Centres, 1 Outdoor Education and Training Centre, 1 Prison Education Centre, the Garage Theatre, Arts in Education program, Music Generation Cavan and Monaghan, Adult Education and Guidance Service, Training Services and Supply Chain Logistics and Procurement Centre.
Free part time adult and community education courses - unaccredited QQI Level 1-5. Many courses are based in a community centre and are available to local groups including Cork Simon, The Foyer and Focus Ireland groups.

Rapid Re-housing is a housing first intervention designed to help a household to quickly exit homelessness and return to housing in the community and provide support through case management to sustain long-term permanent housing. Cork Simon Community provides a visiting Tenancy Sustainment Service, which aims to empower people to maintain and sustain their tenancies.
Crosscare works with people at risk of, and experiencing homelessness who are struggling to access state and other supports. They focus on social protection, housing, homelessness and health, They provide information on rights and entitlements, and offer advocacy where access to these rights are delayed or denied.
Crosscare has a specific focus on migrant rights and entitlements, both EU and non-EU. They represent migrant issues on various forums working to promote the advancement of migrants and their inclusion in Irish society.
