Cork Simon Community - Rapid Re-housing

Rapid Re-housing is a housing first intervention designed to help a household to quickly exit homelessness and return to housing in the community and provide support through case management to sustain long-term permanent housing. Cork Simon Community provides a visiting Tenancy Sustainment Service, which aims to empower people to maintain and sustain their tenancies. We offer support around issues such as; Budgeting, accessing training and employment, form filling and accessing welfare entitlements, addressing issues related to health(physical and mental health) as well as addictive behaviours by providing support to access other services to support the person's needs.
