Housing Supply Requirements in Ireland's Urban Settlements 2016 - 2020

The Housing Agency commissioned Future Analytics to carry out research examining minimum housing requirements in Urban Settlements.  A minimum housing requirement arises when the supply of existing homes in an area is insufficient to accommodate changes in the projected population along varying household sizes.

Family Experiences of Pathways into Homelessness: The Families’ Perspective

This report was commissioned by the Housing Agency and conducted by independent researchers.  The purpose of this research was to identify why families had recently become homeless in Dublin – from their own perspective, and involved interviews with 30 homeless families.
