- The Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage released their monthly homelessness report for May 2023, which found that 8,742 adults and 3,699 children were accessing homelessness accommodation during the week of 22-28 May.

- The Vacant Property Refurbishment Grant Statistics were published for April to June 2023. The findings indicated 1,120 applications had been received – 597 for Vacant Property Refurbishment Grant and 500 for Derelict Property Top-up Grant. 506 applications have been approved and 66 applications were rejected. 3 Vacant Property Refurbishment Grants have been issued.
- Census of Population 2022 Profile 2 – Housing in Ireland was published. The publication found that housing stock increased by more than 5% to 2,112,121 between April 2016 and April 2022. The number of occupied dwellings increased by 8% to 1.85 million while the number of vacant dwellings fell by 11% to 163,433.
- Code of Practice for the Remediation of Fire Safety Defects published.

- Monthly Commencement Data for July 2023 published, which shows 2,985 commencement notices for new homes received in July 2023.
