The annual Progress Report on the Unfinished Housing Developments was launched by Ms. Jan O'Sullivan, T.D., Minister for Housing and Planning on the 5th July, 2012.

In June 2011, the Government announced a range of actions to address the problems posed by unfinished housing developments.  One year later, this report outlines the real progress that is being made and must continue to be made, which is particularly focused on addressing the needs of residents living in such developments.
